On October 6, 2023, Leway 15-ton SZL biomass boiler was successfully delivered to Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province.
The boiler burns biomass particles or molded solid fuel, and with the standards of environmental protection, energy saving, green and high efficiency, the combustion is intensified, so that the fuel is fully burned and the combustion efficiency is improved.
It adopts double drum vertical arrangement, and the combustion mode is chain grate. Membrane wall structure is adopted for the water cooling walls on both sides of the furnace. The water wall tubes of the front and rear walls of the furnace extend downward to the upper part of the grate to form the front and rear arches, which increases the sealing performance of the boiler, increases the furnace volume and heating surface, and strengthens the strength of the rear arch.

Behind the furnace is a combustion chamber, a convection tube bundle and an economizer at the tail. Flue gas enters the tail flue through the furnace, combustion chamber, convection tube bundle and economizer, and is discharged into the atmosphere through dust collector, induced draft fan and chimney. The front wall is equipped with secondary air, which is controlled by valves. When burning biomass fuel, it is put into use to strengthen combustion.

Leway biomass boiler has two series: DZL type quick-assembly single-drum vertical chain grate boiler and SZL type double-drum vertical chain grate boiler drain pipe boiler.
