(Summary description)Recently, in order to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, Henan Leway Thermal Energy Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. signed another contract with Zhengzhou University on the research on waste heat recovery technology of gas boiler flue gas! This cooperation project aims at the problems of high exhaust gas temperature, waste of energy, and environmental pollution of gas boilers. In order to achieve energy saving and emission reduction of boilers, the research on waste heat recovery technology of gas boiler flue gas is carried out, and a high-efficiency and low-resistance flue gas waste heat recovery system is developed. It can effectively reduce the back pressure of the boiler and reduce the exhaust gas temperature.   By studying the mechanism of flue gas convection and condensation heat and mass transfer, develop enhanced heat transfer technology, improve waste heat recovery efficiency, reduce equipment volume, solve key technologies such as synergistic heat transfer enhancement, flue gas flow drag reduction, etc., to achieve maximum energy saving of waste heat recovery equipment small size and low cost. The waste heat recovery and utilization of gas boiler flue gas will increase the utilization rate of boiler raw materials to a certain extent, achieve the purpose of reducing waste and saving material input, and help enterprises maximize profits. In terms of environmental protection, it also reduces pollution caused by flue gas emissions and improves air quality. Therefore, the waste heat recovery technology of gas boiler flue gas has great research significance for our daily production and life, and vigorously developing the research and development of waste heat recovery technology for gas boiler flue gas will contribute to the comprehensive development of society.   In recent years, with the continuous progress of related technologies, the recovery rate of boiler flue gas waste heat in our actual operation has been higher. Based on this, Leway and Zhengzhou University take the waste heat recovery of gas boiler flue gas as the research object. The gas waste heat recovery technology can further improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler on the original basis, which can greatly reduce the use of natural gas and other fuels, and contribute to environmental protection. Leway and Zhengzhou University started cooperation in technology research and development very early. In 2011, Henan Leway·Zhengzhou University Thermal Energy Equipment Research and Development Center was established. This signing will inevitably lead the cooperation between the two parties to a new height, add powerful wings to the development of Leway, inject new vitality, and promote the rapid and healthy growth of Leway.
