Recently, Henan Leway Thermal Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has completed the commissioning of 4 fully premixed condensing hot water boilers and 2 steam boilers and delivered them to users. The project is located in Licheng, Korla, Xinjiang. Leway boilers provide sanitary hot water and steam for hotel users.

Leway LWL series fully premixed condensing hot water boiler uses Bekaert metal fiber burner, because it has a wide adjustment ratio, which can maximize the thermal efficiency of the product and reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides.

The fully premixed low-nitrogen combustion technology intelligently adjusts the air-fuel ratio of air and natural gas through variable frequency fans and proportional gas valves before entering the combustion chamber. The fully premixed combustion technology is the linkage control of stepless variable frequency fans and proportional gas valves, which always maintains the optimal mixing ratio of gas and air, ensuring complete combustion, precise control, complete mixing, and high efficiency and energy saving.

The front and rear smoke boxes of Leway WNS series gas steam boilers adopt an integral smoke box, and there are split smoke box doors on the smoke box. When the boiler is overhauled, the burner does not need to be disassembled, and it is very convenient to start the machine. The door shaft adopts a hinge structure and is equipped with a thrust bearing, which is flexible and easy to open; this smoke box door structure is a patented technology of our company.

The entire system is safe, stable, efficient and energy-saving. It has high and low water level alarm and low water level interlock protection functions, steam pressure overpressure alarm and overpressure protection functions, and a safety valve is installed on the drum to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.

The boiler is equipped with an efficient economizer and condenser. The economizer and condenser adopt a staggered arrangement of spiral fin tubes, countercurrent heat exchange, good heat transfer effect, and low exhaust temperature, realizing full utilization of sensible heat in flue gas and latent heat of water vapor condensation.
