Recently, the 3t/h WNS oil-fired steam boiler of Henan Leway Thermal Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd was exported to Indonesia.

WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are of shell-type full-wet-back three-return flue pipe structure, and the whole boiler adopts wet-back structure and butt joint connection, which makes the boiler body have good pressure-bearing performance and safe and reliable operation.

The flame burns under slight positive pressure in the corrugated liner, which has high combustion efficiency. The corrugated liner structure not only increases the heat transfer area, increases the rigidity of the liner, but also satisfies the free expansion of the liner after heating.

The fuel of this boiler is diesel oil, and it is equipped with daily fuel tank and 10 cubic meters oil storage tank when leaving the factory.

The product adopts advanced structure, and the second flue gas return adopts threaded flue pipe structure, which greatly strengthens heat transfer, improves the heat absorption intensity of the boiler, effectively reduces the exhaust temperature, improves the boiler efficiency, and saves energy and reduces consumption.

The large smoke pipe is used in the third return trip, which can effectively reduce the resistance of boiler smoke wind, improve the combustion efficiency of burner and reduce the running noise of burner. There is enough steam space in the upper part of the boiler, and the steam quality is quite stable by using advanced and reasonable steam-water separation device.
