Recently, Henan Leway Thermal Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. shipped two container steam boilers to Xinjiang.
The containerized boiler is a fully automatic horizontal internal combustion three-pass fuel oil (gas) quick-install boiler. The boiler is a containerized boiler, and the boiler body and auxiliary equipment and systems are integrated in a container before leaving the factory. The boiler body adopts a wet back structure, the corrugated furnace is the first pass, the threaded smoke tube constitutes the second pass, and the smooth smoke tube constitutes the third pass.
The fuel of this product is light oil. The fuel is sprayed out from the burner, ignited by the electronic ignition rod, and burned under a slight positive pressure in the furnace. The high-temperature flue gas turns 180° from the combustion chamber to enter the second pass, then turns 180° at the front smoke box to enter the third pass, and finally passes through the rear smoke box to the economizer, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
The boiler consists of a pressure body, a base, packaging and insulation, a platform ladder, instrument valves and accessories, a front smoke box, a rear smoke box, an economizer, an electronic control system, a chimney, etc., and is skid-mounted together.
This product is composed of the boiler main engine, auxiliary engine, chimney and valve instrumentation when it leaves the factory. The main engine and chimney have been manufactured in the factory, the safety valve has been calibrated before leaving the factory, and the valve instrumentation and pipelines supporting the main engine have been installed before leaving the factory. It can be tested after being transported to the site and connected to the fuel, power supply and water pipelines, which greatly shortens the installation period.
Leway boilers are widely used in chemical, oil, petrochemical, textile, printing and dyeing, plastic, fiber, carbon, papermaking, printing, wood, food, brewing, heating and air conditioning and other industries.
