4.5MW LEWAY gas-fired vacuum hot water boilers

On March 14th, 2023, four sets of 4.5MW LEWAY gas-fired vacuum hot water boilers were commissioned and delivered to users. The project is located in beautiful Kunming, where the seasons are like spring. It is a modern ecological agriculture demonstration park integrating environmental protection, agricultural production, farming experience, popular science research and cultural tourism.

 

BOILER ROOM



The lower half of the vacuum hot water boiler, like the low nitrogen boiler, consists of a combustion chamber and a heat transfer tube. Its lower half is filled with heat medium, and its upper part is a vacuum chamber, in which a tubular heat exchanger composed of stainless steel tubes is inserted. Not easy to rust, easy to clean, and can improve the condensation heat transfer efficiency by 98%.
