Leway 10ton gas-fired low-nitrogen superheated steam boiler

On September 11th, 2023, Leway 10ton gas-fired low-nitrogen superheated steam boiler was successfully completed and put into operation after debugging by professionals. This project is an energy company located in Tangshan, Hebei Province. 


Leway 10t/h low nitrogen gas-fired superheated steam boiler adopts double drum vertical "D" layout. It has compact structure and small floor space. It consists of an upper and lower drum, a membrane wall, a convection tube bundle and a flue gas condensation recovery device.


The boiler room system is equipped with a 10-ton DLC internal circulation burner, which does not need FGR flue gas, and the emission of nitrogen oxides can be stabilized within 20 mg/m³, saving energy by more than 5% year-on-year.
