1. Installation, maintenance and renovation of Industry boiler. Units engaged in boiler installation, maintenance and renovation shall obtain the special equipment installation and maintenance qualification certificate issued by the Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision before engaging in boiler installation, maintenance and renovation. Before construction, the construction unit shall notify the special equipment safety supervision and management department in the municipality directly under the Central Government or within its jurisdiction in writing, and submit the construction notice to the local county-level quality and technical supervision bureau for the record before construction.

2. When the industrial boiler leaves the factory, the design documents, product quality certificate, safety operation and maintenance manual, and supervision and inspection certificate (safety performance supervision and inspection certificate) as required by the safety technical specifications should be attached.

3.Industry boiler registration. After the acceptance of the boiler, the user must fill in the "Boiler (Census) Registration Form" in accordance with the "Regulations for the Registration and Use of Special Equipment", register with the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and apply for the "Registration Certificate for the Safe Use of Special Equipment".

4. Installation, maintenance, transformation and acceptance of Industry boiler. After the construction is completed, the construction unit shall apply to the Special Equipment Inspection Institute of the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision for boiler water pressure test and installation supervision and inspection. The Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, the Special Equipment Inspection Institute, and the County Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau participated in the overall acceptance.

5.Industry boiler operation. Boiler operation must be operated by certified personnel who have passed the training and obtained the "Special Equipment Operator Certificate". Strictly abide by the operating procedures, eight systems and six records.
