Electric energy vacuum boiler is a kind of hot water boiler, also called vacuum hot water machine. The heat of the flue gas of Electric energy vacuum boiler is transferred to the intermediate medium (also known as heat medium, that is, boiler water) to make it vaporize, and the intermediate medium is in a negative pressure state. (The absolute pressure is generally 0.07MPa, and the saturation temperature is about 90°C).

Then, the heat of the intermediate medium is transferred to the return water and cold water of the system by means of condensation heat exchange to increase the temperature. When used for heating: generally heat the 60°C return water to 75°C; when used for hot water supply: generally heat from 5°C cold water to 65°C. Its heating system is the same as the conventional pressure boiler heating system.

During the operation of the Electric energy vacuum boiler, it is strictly forbidden to carry out the blowdown operation on the boiler body.

After the medium in the boiler is polluted or mixed with other substances, it is strictly prohibited to use it.

During the normal operation of the boiler, when there is non-condensable gas in the boiler, it should be removed in time.

During the normal operation of the Electric energy vacuum boiler, it is not allowed to flush the boiler liquid level gauge and vacuum pressure gauge pipeline. If it is necessary to flush, the flushing operation should be carried out under the slight positive pressure indicated by the vacuum pressure gauge not less than 0.01~0.04MPa.
