The workflow of the Steam boiler should have the following procedures. Each process requires care and patience. I hope this article can help you.

1. Before turning on, check the water supply of the steam boiler and whether the oil supply switch is turned on to ensure the normal operation of the steam boiler.

2. Before the furnace is turned on, the operation switch should be placed in the OFF position, and then the main power switch should be turned on. At this time, the red power indicator light is on.

3. Press the operation button to the ON position, the steam boiler feed water pump starts to run, the pump indicator light is on, check whether the water in the water tank enters the furnace; if there is no inlet, open the pump exhaust screw to discharge the air. Check the water level by visually checking the water gauge.

4. When the water level reaches the normal level, the yellow heating indicator lights up, and the boiler starts to heat up. When the pressure rises to 0.4Mpa, it can be used. (Note: When steaming, first open the steam valve, preheat the valve and pipes, and then fully open the valve to supply steam.)

5. Before the Steam boiler is closed, open the drain valve for sewage discharge. After draining sewage, set the operation switch on the Steam boiler to the OFF position, and then turn off the main power.
