Built-in heat exchanger boiler is only used as thermal carrier,when it is heated,the oxygen will be decomposed and discharged out,so oxygen corrosion wonnot happen,when thermal media water is added once,a few calcium and magnesuim ions will be heated and be intenerated,boiler water wonnot decrease or increase when boiler is working,so there is no furring inside,all these contribute to long life efficiency star boiler's life is about 3times longer than regular boilers,heat exchanger is made of stainless steel tubes which are corrosion-resistant and rust-free,offering clean and hygienic hot domestic water.

Structure

The structure of lower part of the indirect heating boiler is the same as the regular one ,lt's composed of the firebox and heat transfer tubes, the upper part is equipped with a heat exchanger, there is also an expansion tank at the top.Generally, the boiler works under normal pressure, so it's absolutely safe, the thermal media in the boiler isn't in or out when the boiler is working,it transfers the heat between heat transfer tube and heat exchange, after being heated,in furnace heat medium completely deoxidization and softening, and there is no furring and oxygen corrosion,these make the using life of the boiler last as long as 20years,build in heat exchanger is manufactured to comply with manufacturing standard of shell-and - tube heat exchange ,tube pass and shell pass are put to test of water pressure.
