Product description
CWNS seres atmospheric pressure fuel (gas) ot water boler is a horzontal internal combustion wet back shell boiler. The main structure is composed of a pot shell a furmace liner, afire box, a one-pass smoke pipe, a two-pass smoke pipe, and front and rear smoke boies. Suitable for gas and liquid fuels such as light oil boiler, heavy oil boiler, LPG boiler, CNG boiler, dual fired boiler.
Characteristic description
The combustion chamber adopts a corrugated furnace or straight furnace, butt welded seam and a wet back structure,which avoids the characteristics of easy burnout of the rear tube plate by high-temperature flue gas erosion and ensures the safety of the boiler.
The flue gas three-pass design, the flue pipe adopts a threaded fue pipe, and a spoiler is insered to increase the convective heat tansfer area and enmhance the eat ransfe effect.The tail flue can be equipped with a condensing heat exchanger to reduce the exhaust gas temperature, absorb the sensible heat and latent heat in the flue gas, thereby increasing the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The thermal efficiency of this high efficiency boiler can reach 95%.
The main body of the boiler is produced/inspected strictly in accordance with JB/T7985-2002 'General Technical Conditions for Small and Atmospheric Hot Water Boliers" and relaled standards, and is of excellent quality. Do static pressure test and thermal test before leaving the factory.
lt adopts the imported burner of the whole machine,pressure atomization,complete combustion low noise, satfety and eficiency,and environmental protection indicators meet national requirements.
The boiler body is connected with the expansion water tank, and the expansion water tank is directly connected to the atmosphere. It runs under normal pressure and has no safety hazards.
The boiler operation realizes automatic control, the outlet water temperature is automatically adjusted, the boiler automatic ignition program is started, and it is equipped with multiple alarm interlock protection devices such as water shortage, overheating, and flameout to ensure efficient,safe and reliable operation of the boiler.
The structure is compact, the appearance is beautiful, the whole is quick-installed, and the transportation and installation are convenient.
lt is widely used in heating and domestic hot water supply in hotels,residences, villas, office buildings, leisure and entertainment places.
