As we all know, DZL series packaged traveling grate hot water boiler is easy to accumulate scale after long-term use; the boiler produces scale, which needs to be removed in time to prevent future troubles. At present, the commonly used boiler descaling methods are: mechanical descaling, pickling descaling, and alkaline boiling descaling.

1. Mechanical descaling method: When there is loose scale and water slag in the DZL series packaged traveling grate hot water boiler, the cast iron hot water boiler is cooled down after the furnace is shut down, the boiler water is drained, and rinsed with clean water. Shovel, wire brush and motorized pipe mill for descaling.
       This method is relatively simple, and is mostly used on small cast iron hot water boilers with simple scaling. However, the labor intensity is high, the descaling effect is poor, and the boiler body is easily damaged.
2. Pickling and descaling method: Most of the pickling and descaling methods are cleaned with hydrochloric acid or nitric acid. The pickling solution is composed of hydrochloric acid plus corrosion inhibitor or nitric acid plus corrosion inhibitor.
       This pickling solution can not only eliminate the scale in the DZL series packaged traveling grate hot water boiler (when removing the nitrate scale, hydrofluoric acid needs to be added), but also basically will not corrode the cast iron hot water boiler. Pickling and descaling have dissolving, peeling and loosening effects.
3. Alkaline boiling descaling method: The effect of alkaline boiling descaling descaling method is worse than that of pickling descaling method, but after alkaline cooking, because the scale is loosened, the scale that is difficult to remove with hydrochloric acid can also be removed before pickling. A pretreatment was carried out by the alkaline cooking method.
       The alkaline cooking method is simple to operate and has relatively few side effects. The disadvantage is that the DZL series packaged traveling grate hot water boiler takes a long time to cook, consumes a lot of chemicals, and the effect is poor.
