The Liwei 10t/h low-nitrogen gas-fired steam boiler has been commissioned and delivered to customers. The project is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province. It comes from the fertilizer industry. The wet granulation and wet puffing in the fertilizer production process are at the stage of using a steam boiler. The temperature of the material is increased to 80-85°C, and the moisture content reaches about 17%, and then granules of different particle sizes are made through a granulator.

Liwei Boiler is committed to providing dry saturated steam for the fertilizer industry, increasing granulation efficiency and particle quality, and saving raw materials and energy consumption. It is an excellent choice for the fertilizer industry to equip boiler equipment.
